UK ORDERS: All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First, or Second class postage, depending what was chosen at the checkout. For information on how long these take to arrive, please see the Royal Mail website for the most accurate timeframes. Sometimes there are delays and orders may take slightly longer than the suggested time period to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard, or Royal Mail tracked postage. If you do not choose Royal Mail Tracked, please note your order will be sent WITHOUT tracking.

Orders to the U.S, AUSTRALIA, and NEW ZEALAND can sometimes take longer than the average timeframe to arrive as they are often held up due to delays in the postal system. Orders may sometimes take anywhere from 1-2 months to arrive. For orders to these places tracking is reccommended.

CUSTOMS: Please be aware that depending on what country, if you are outside of the UK there may be  import duties / customs charges. Due to not being able to predict the costs of these, it is the customers responsibility to cover these costs.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED:

Sometimes there are delays in the postal system, impacted by things such as Christmas or Bank holidays, meaning orders are not always delivered within the average time period.

DISPATCH TIMES

It is always our aim to dispatch orders 1-2 working days after they have been placed. During busier periods, it may take longer to dispatch your order due to the nature of Coeliac Sisters being a small business! Thank you so much for your patience. 

RETURNS

UK Returns are only accepted if you are unhappy with your product. However, please note that unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage will be paid for by the customer due to the nature of it being a small business. Only when the item has been returned will the refund for the item cost be returned to you.

Please note we are unlikely to accept returns for international orders due to the shipping delays. It is unlikely we will get our items back within a short timeframe, and due to the nature of this being a small business, can be quite cost depleating. If you have a problem with your item, or feel a return is needed, you may contact us at coeliacsistersxo@gmail.com and we will look over your request.

If an international return is accepted, the cost of the item will only be refunded once we have received the item, and return postage will be paid by the buyer. Again, this is due to the nature of this being a small, independent business.

My t-shirt / jumper doesn’t fit

Unfortunately, due to only keeping a small amount of item in stock, returns & exchanges are unlikely to be accepted unless your item is damaged/faulty. Please look carefully when ordering clothing items for this reason! Sizing varies item to item, but a size guide will be listed within the item description or images.

If on the occasion a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage, due to the nature of Coeliac Sisters being a small business.
