Shipping Rates are automatically applied at the checkout.

UK Orders: 

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First, or Second class postage, depending what was chosen at the checkout. For information on how long these take to arrive, please see the Royal Mail website for the most accurate timeframes. Sometimes there are delays and orders may take slightly longer than the suggested time period to arrive. 

Christmas (UK):

If you are wanting items to arrive for Christmas, please order before the end of November. At this time of year, the postal systems tend to be slower, therefore ordering before the end of November with insure your items arrive before Christmas.

Orders can still be placed after this period, and may still arrive before Christmas, however we recommend that earlier is better to give them the best possible chance.

International Orders: 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard, or Royal Mail tracked postage. If you do not choose Royal Mail Tracked, please note your order will be sent WITHOUT tracking.

Orders to the U.S, AUSTRALIA, and NEW ZEALAND can sometimes take longer than the average timeframe to arrive as they are often held up due to delays in the postal system. Orders may sometimes take anywhere from 1-2 months to arrive if there are delays in the postal system. For orders to these places tracking is recommended. 

International customers:

We would advise our international customers to order items before November 15th to give them the best chance of arriving before Christmas. At this time of year, orders are expected to take substantially longer to arrive, due to an influx in post. 

We would also strongly advise international customers to choose a tracked service despite heftier postage costs, as these tend to be slightly quicker, and allows you to track your order. 

Unfortunately due to postal systems being out of our control, it is never guaranteed that items will arrive in time for Christmas, however, to ensure the best possible chance, please order before the 15th November!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ROYAL MAIL DOES NOT CONSIDER AN ITEM LOST SEND VIA INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE UNTIL A SIX WEEK PERIOD HAS PASSED. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU REACH OUT TO US.

Customs:

Please be aware that depending on what country, if you are outside of the UK there may be  import duties / customs charges. Due to not being able to predict the costs of these, it is the customers responsibility to cover these costs.
